Ingredients

S'mores Flavor

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup brown rice syrup or honey
  • ½ cup dates
  • 1 pinch salt
  • cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup graham crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows

Tropical Flavor

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup brown rice syrup or honey
  • ½ cup dates
  • 1 pinch salt
  • cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup dried pineapple, chopped (optional)

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Flavor

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup brown rice syrup or honey
  • ½ cup dates
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ cup peanuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a 9”x5” loaf pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Blend the oats, nut butter, brown rice syrup (or honey), dates, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
  3. For the s'mores flavor, add cocoa powder and blend until incorporated, then fold in graham crackers and marshmallows.
  4. For the tropical flavor, fold in macadamia nuts, coconut, and optional pineapple.
  5. For the peanut butter chocolate chip flavor, fold in peanuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Once firm, cut into 6 bars and store in an airtight container.
