Quick and Easy Broiled Steak With Mustard Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler on high and prepare a rimmed baking sheet with foil and light grease.
- Score shallow cuts on both sides of the steak and season with salt and pepper.
- Broil the steak for 4 to 6 minutes per side until it reaches the desired doneness, then let it rest.
- While the steak cooks, sauté mushrooms and green onions in a lightly greased skillet until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add beef broth to the skillet and simmer until reduced by half, then whisk in sour cream and mustard.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the steak with steamed green beans and drizzle the mustard sauce over both.
