Quick and Easy Saucy Beef & Broccoli

Instructions
- Chop the flank steak into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small pieces.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the steak to the pan and sauté until mostly cooked through, about 4 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
- Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan, then add the chopped broccoli, garlic, green onion, and water.
- Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables.
- Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
- Cook for another 5-6 minutes, then taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve over rice and enjoy.
