Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a medium pot and salt it.
- 2. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3. While pasta cooks, blend avocado, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- 4. Drain pasta and transfer it to a large bowl.
- 5. Toss the pasta with the avocado sauce until well coated.
- 6. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired, and serve immediately.
