Instructions
- Prepare the Corn Ceviche by mixing corn, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and sea salt in a bowl and chill.
- For Roasted Grape & Feta, preheat the oven to 375°F, roast grapes with olive oil and salt for 7-10 minutes, then assemble with hummus, grapes, feta, and thyme.
- Assemble Greek Salad Crostini with hummus, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta, drizzling with olive oil and oregano.
- For Cool Cucumber Ranch, top hummus with cucumber ribbons, drizzle with olive oil, squeeze lemon juice, and sprinkle with sea salt and chives if desired.
- Assemble Strawberry Caprese Crostini with hummus, strawberries, mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- For Beet, Avocado & Chia, top hummus with avocado, squeeze lemon juice, and sprinkle with chia seeds and salt.
