Ingredients

The base

  • 1 loaf French Baguette, sliced and toasted

Corn Ceviche Crostini

  • ½ cup sweet corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • ½ teaspoon minced jalapeño
  • 2 teaspoons minced cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 container Jalapeño Lime Hummus

Roasted Grape & Feta Crostini

  • 1 container Rosemary Sea Salt Hummus
  • 1 cup organic red grapes
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • to taste sea salt
  • ½ cup Feta, crumbled
  • to taste Thyme leaves

Greek Salad Crostini

  • 1 container Mediterranean Hummus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup mini cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives, halved
  • ½ cup Feta, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • to taste Oregano

Cool Cucumber Ranch Crostini

  • 1 container Ranch Hummus
  • 1 cup mini cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 slice Lemon
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste Chopped chives (optional)

Strawberry Caprese Crostini

  • 1 container Classic Hummus
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • to taste Basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Beet, Avocado & Chia Crostini

  • 1 container Beet Hummus
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 1 slice Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Corn Ceviche by mixing corn, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and sea salt in a bowl and chill.
  2. For Roasted Grape & Feta, preheat the oven to 375°F, roast grapes with olive oil and salt for 7-10 minutes, then assemble with hummus, grapes, feta, and thyme.
  3. Assemble Greek Salad Crostini with hummus, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta, drizzling with olive oil and oregano.
  4. For Cool Cucumber Ranch, top hummus with cucumber ribbons, drizzle with olive oil, squeeze lemon juice, and sprinkle with sea salt and chives if desired.
  5. Assemble Strawberry Caprese Crostini with hummus, strawberries, mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. For Beet, Avocado & Chia, top hummus with avocado, squeeze lemon juice, and sprinkle with chia seeds and salt.
