  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme

  • to taste flaky salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey (or honeycomb)

  • 1 slice crusty grilled honey whole wheat bread
  • 2 oz goat cheese
  • ½ cup fresh cherries
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste flaky salt
  • to taste pepper

  • 1 slice crusty grilled honey whole wheat bread
  • 2 oz melted cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp blueberry jam
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

  • 2 oz blue cheese
  • 1 medium grilled peach
  • 1 tbsp chipotle honey
  • 2 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
  • to taste flaky salt

  • 1 slice crusty grilled sourdough bread or honey whole wheat bread
  • 2 oz melted Brie
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sweet honeycomb (or just a drizzle of honey)
  • to taste flaky salt

  1. Prepare the base by grilling slices of sourdough or honey whole wheat bread.
  2. Assemble each crostini according to the specified toppings for each variation.
