Instructions
- Prepare the base by grilling slices of sourdough or honey whole wheat bread.
- Assemble each crostini according to the specified toppings for each variation.
- For Crostini 1, add smashed avocado, charred corn, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, crumbled feta, lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper.
- For Crostini 2, spread fig preserves, top with burrata cheese, prosciutto, fresh fig, thyme, basil, and drizzle with honey.
- For Crostini 3, spread goat cheese on the bread, add fresh cherries, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
