Instructions
- Soak the dried cherries in wine for at least 2 hours until plump, then drain.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Drizzle olive oil on baguette slices and sprinkle with coarse salt, then bake for 7-8 minutes until crisp.
- Spread goat cheese on each crostini.
- Top with ham, a tablespoon of wine-soaked cherries, crushed nuts, and thyme leaves.
- Drizzle honey over each crostini and serve.
