Pear, Raspberry and Goat Cheese Crostini

Instructions
- Slice the baguette into ½-inch rounds and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Grill the rounds on medium heat until toasted with light grill marks, or toast in an oven at 400°F for 4 to 7 minutes, turning halfway.
- Spread goat cheese on each crostini, then top with a slice of pear and two raspberries.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle lemon juice over the top, finishing with black pepper and sea salt if desired.
