Prosciutto Fig Goat Cheese Crostini

The toppings

goat cheese, softened

fig jam

prosciutto, torn into small pieces

thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Place the french bread slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil on one side.
- Bake in the oven for 5-6 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned.
- Remove the bread from the oven and rub the garlic clove on each slice.
- Spread the softened goat cheese evenly on the bread.
- Top each slice with a dollop of fig jam and a small piece of prosciutto.
- Serve and enjoy!
