Roasted Pepper And Goat Cheese Crostini

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Slice the sourdough bread into thin slices and place them on a baking sheet.
- Toast the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes until slightly browned.
- Rub each slice of hot bread with one garlic clove.
- Drain and slice the roasted peppers into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine the peppers, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parsley, and walnuts. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of goat cheese on each crostini and top with the roasted pepper mixture.
