Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the baguette slices on a foil-lined baking sheet and spray both sides with cooking spray.
- Bake the baguette slices for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and allow to cool.
- In a food processor, combine black olives, green olives, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and mustard; pulse until finely chopped.
- Spread goat cheese evenly on each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each piece with a tablespoon of the olive tapenade and serve.
