The bread

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, avocados, chopped basil, diced mozzarella, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the loaf of crunchy bread into ½ inch slices and toast under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.
- Top each toasted bread slice with the desired amount of the avocado mixture and enjoy.
