Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with tinfoil.
- Brush both sides of the baguette slices with a mixture of olive oil and minced garlic.
- Bake the baguette slices for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Prepare the shrimp by mixing it with garlic, paprika, lemon juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mashed avocado with halved cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, and salt.
- Top each baguette slice with avocado, a piece of shrimp, and a sprinkle of parsley.
- Serve immediately.
