Bruschetta Baked Shrimp

The shrimp

raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined

white wine

The topping

melted butter

Panko bread crumbs

julienned or roughly-chopped fresh basil leaves

freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, and white wine, then transfer to a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- In the same bowl, mix melted butter and Panko until combined, then sprinkle over the shrimp.
- Bake for about 7 minutes until shrimp start to turn pink.
- Switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and Panko is golden.
- Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, basil, and Parmesan, then serve immediately.
