Instructions
- Wash the carrots, apple, ginger, and turmeric.
- Slice the ginger into thin slices, leaving the peel on.
- Quarter the apple or peel the orange if using.
- Juice the ingredients in the order listed.
- Pour the juice into 1 or 2 glasses and serve immediately.
