Ingredients

  • 1 bunch carrots (about 4–6 carrots)
  • 1 bunch celery (about 8–9 stalks)
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled and sliced
  • 1 inch piece ginger, peeled

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the produce, then chop them into sizes that fit through the juicer's feeding tube.
  2. Juice the ingredients, alternating between hard and soft items.
  3. Serve the juice immediately.
  4. If using a blender, combine the ingredients with about ¼ cup of filtered water, blend, and strain through a nut milk bag.
