Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Cut the celery and apples into pieces that fit through the juicer or into smaller chunks for a blender.
- Add all ingredients to your juicer or blender, adding water if using a blender.
- Blend until smooth or run through the juicer.
- Strain the juice through a nut milk bag or fine-mesh sieve to remove fibrous materials.
- Serve immediately or chill for better taste.
