Instructions
- Chop off the base and tops of the celery stalks and wash them.
- Chop the celery into thirds and place in a blender or juicer.
- If using a blender, add ½ cup of water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a nut milk bag or strainer to remove pulp.
- Serve the juice immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
