Ingredients

  • 2 bunches celery
  • 1 whole lime (optional, for better taste)
  • ½ cup water (if using a blender)

Instructions

  1. Chop off the base and tops of the celery stalks and wash them.
  2. Chop the celery into thirds and place in a blender or juicer.
  3. If using a blender, add ½ cup of water and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the blended mixture through a nut milk bag or strainer to remove pulp.
  5. Serve the juice immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
