Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly in the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, combine half the pepperoni, ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
- Fill each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and pepperoni over the shells.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
