Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells

Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and rinse them.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread ½ cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 oz of Parmesan, 1 oz of Mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Add chopped chicken and ½ cup of pasta sauce to the cheese mixture and mix well.
- Stuff the cooled pasta shells with the chicken and cheese filling.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the casserole dish with the open side facing up.
- Pour the remaining pasta sauce over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining cheeses and croutons.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
