Four Cheese & Sausage Stuffed Shells

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread ½ cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Boil water and cook the pasta shells according to package directions, then drain.
- In a sauté pan, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned, then reduce heat and add the remaining pasta sauce.
- In a large bowl, mix the Ricotta, cottage cheese, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and salt until combined.
- Fill each pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Pour the sauce and sausage mixture over the shells and sprinkle with Mozzarella.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
