Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, sugar, poppy seeds, and salt.
- In a salad bowl, combine the drained pasta, chicken, grapes, celery, almonds, green onions, and cranberries.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly, adjusting salt to taste.
- Chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
