Strawberry Chicken Poppy Seed Salad

Instructions
- Combine the chicken, strawberries, onion, celery, toasted almonds, and fresh basil in a medium bowl.
- Toast the almonds in a small pan over medium heat until slightly browned, tossing occasionally.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and poppy seeds, then gently stir into the chicken mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the salad in a lettuce leaf or on a bed of greens, topped with green onions and additional toasted almonds.
