Ingredients

Steakhouse Marinade

  • 2 Tbsp. tamari sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp. gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • tsp. black pepper
  • 1 - 1½ lb. steak

Balsamic-Herb Marinade

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen avocado oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
  • tsp. black pepper
  • 1 - 1½ lb. steak

Chipotle-Lime Marinade

  • Juice of 1 lime (~ 2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • 3 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen avocado oil
  • 2 tsp. taco seasoning
  • ¼ tsp. dried chipotle pepper powder
  • tsp. black pepper
  • 1 - 1½ lb. steak

Korean BBQ Marinade

  • ½ cup canned pears (pureed or blended) or pear juice
  • 3 Tbsp. tamari sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen avocado oil
  • Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 1 - 1½ lb. steak

Chimichurri Marinade

  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen avocado oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon (about 1 Tbsp.)
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • tsp. black pepper
  • 1 - 1½ lb. steak

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for each marinade in a bowl and whisk well.
  2. Pour marinade over steak and massage into the meat.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 24 hours before cooking.
  4. For longer storage, place marinated steak in the freezer.
  5. To thaw, place in the fridge overnight or submerge in cool water.
