Ingredients

The salad

  • 8 units Persian Cucumbers
  • ½ unit Red Onion
  • cup Salted Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Cilantro
  • 1-2 units Thai Chilis

The dressing

  • ¼ cup Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 unit Lime
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and Thai chilis, and add them to a large bowl.
  2. Crush the salted peanuts and add them to the bowl.
  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the toasted sesame oil, lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, and honey until fully combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until the ingredients are fully coated.
  5. Serve immediately.
