Instructions
- Line a 24-cup mini-muffin tin with paper liners.
- Place a Nilla Wafer, rounded-side down, in the bottom of each liner.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, diced bananas, and diced strawberries, mixing until well combined.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into each muffin cup over the wafers, filling them evenly.
- Top each cup with a slice of fresh strawberry.
- Freeze the tray for at least 3 hours before serving.
