Slow-Cooker Chicken and Sweet Potatoes

Instructions
- 1. Place the diced sweet potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- 2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place them on top of the sweet potatoes.
- 3. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and sweet potatoes.
- 4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- 5. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the sweet potatoes before serving.
