Soy Maple Potatoes and Chicken in Slow Cooker

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by removing excess skin and place it in the slow cooker.
- Layer the sweet potato wedges on top of the chicken.
- Whisk together chicken broth, maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, and salt, then pour over the chicken and sweet potatoes.
- Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Preheat the oven broiler to high and strain the cooking liquid, skimming off any fat.
- In a small pot, heat butter or olive oil, whisk in flour, and cook until browned.
- Add the cooking liquid and boil until reduced by half into a glaze.
- Transfer chicken and sweet potatoes to a baking sheet, brush with the glaze, and broil until bubbly and dark brown.
