Maple Balsamic Chicken and Sweet Potatoes Sheet Pan Meal

The marinade

Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients together.
- Pound chicken to about ½ inch thickness if necessary.
- Marinate chicken in a resealable bag or glass dish for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil, coating with oil.
- Toss sweet potatoes in ½ Tbsp avocado oil and place on the baking sheet, sprinkling cinnamon on top.
- Place marinated chicken on top of the sweet potatoes.
- Toss green beans in 1 Tbsp avocado oil, season with salt and pepper, and spread around the chicken and sweet potatoes.
- Add cherry tomatoes on top of the chicken.
- Bake for about 22-25 minutes until chicken reaches 160°F.
