Maple Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour marinade over it, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and sear in the skillet until golden brown on one side, about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour marinade over chicken and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes, spooning marinade over chicken regularly.
- Once sauce thickens and darkens, remove from heat and let chicken rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
