Balsamic Honey Mustard Chicken

The chicken

organic boneless skinless chicken thighs
The marinade

Dijon mustard

balsamic vinegar

honey

avocado oil

sprig
rosemary, chopped finely
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the marinade by mixing all marinade ingredients together.
- 2. Combine the marinade and chicken in a zip-top bag and shake to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour to 24 hours, or cook immediately if short on time.
- 3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook in the skillet, reserving the leftover marinade.
- 5. While the chicken is cooking, heat the reserved marinade in a small pot until it reaches at least 165 degrees.
- 6. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- 7. Transfer the chicken to a plate and top with the heated marinade. Enjoy!
