The marinade

The chicken

boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or bowl.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and rub it over the chicken.
- Marinate in the fridge for 2 to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400 degrees).
- Remove chicken from the marinade and shake off excess.
- Grill the chicken covered for about 5 to 8 minutes per side, checking for doneness at 165 degrees.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
