Ingredients

The chicken

  • 2 lbs chicken legs, skin on

The balsamic marinade

  • 1 tablespoon mustard, gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and olive oil until combined.
  2. Place chicken legs in a large ziplock bag and add the marinade mixture, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
  3. Refrigerate the marinated chicken for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator 5 minutes before grilling.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the chicken legs for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve.
