Strawberry Balsamic Grilled Chicken

Instructions
- 1. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a dish to make the marinade.
- 2. Place chicken in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it, sealing and massaging to coat.
- 3. Refrigerate the chicken for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
- 4. Prepare the topping by mixing diced strawberries, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, and basil; let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- 6. Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and discard the marinade.
- 7. Grill the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, flipping halfway through.
- 8. Serve each chicken breast topped with ¼ cup of the strawberry topping.
