Balsamic Grilled Chicken Kabobs

The Marinade

balsamic vinegar

dijon mustard

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, dry basil, salt, and pepper, then slowly add olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with half of the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F).
- Assemble the kabobs by alternating chicken and vegetables on skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred. Brush with the reserved marinade and grill for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
