Easy Balsamic Chicken Skewers

Instructions
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey to create the marinade, then combine with chicken in a ziplock bag or bowl and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and remove chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until the chicken is cooked through.
- In a saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
- Brush the glaze onto the skewers and serve warm.
