Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

The chicken

  • 3 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs

The marinade

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Optional

  • to taste Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken and coat it in the marinade.
  3. Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for at least 1 hour, turning to coat halfway through.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Arrange the chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet(s) and bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
