Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
- Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken and coat it in the marinade.
- Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for at least 1 hour, turning to coat halfway through.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet(s) and bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Optionally, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
