The chicken

boneless skinless chicken thighs

Instructions
- Mince the garlic and mix it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken thighs in a dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the chicken and marinade to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, basting with juices occasionally.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
