Balsamic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

The marinade

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper

The chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs

For garnish

  • to taste fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic and mix it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Transfer the chicken and marinade to a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, basting with juices occasionally.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
