Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Prepare the pizza crust on a floured surface and brush the top with olive oil.
- Layer the sliced heirloom tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese on top of the crust.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh arugula before serving.
