Rustic Heirloom Tomato Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek yogurt in a large bowl until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone, press into a ¼-inch thick round, and brush with olive oil.
- Bake the crust for 5-7 minutes and then remove from the oven.
- Add clumps of boursin cheese on the crust, top with tomato slices, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, then switch the oven to low broil.
- Broil for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, slice into wedges, and top with fresh thyme leaves.
