Heirloom Tomato Pizza

Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and blister the tomatoes, then season with salt and set aside.
- Slice the heirloom tomatoes, salt them, and let them sit on paper towels for 5 minutes to release moisture.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a thin round shape.
- Spread a small amount of tomato sauce on the dough, leaving an inch from the edge.
- Top with mozzarella, blistered cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomato slices, and sliced fresno chiles.
- Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet and bake until the crust is crispy and cheese is melted, about 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with basil leaves, slice, and serve.
