Ingredients

The pizza

  • 1 lb. Fresh Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Organicville Organic Pizza Sauce
  • 5 oz. Fresh Leaf Spinach
  • 1 lb. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Block
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Whole Tomatoes Sliced

The crust topping

  • 1 tbsp. Basil Pesto
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • cup Pastry Flour

Instructions

  1. Spread pastry flour on the counter and shape the fresh dough into a circle.
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
  3. Cut mozzarella into thick slices and layer over the sauce, then add sliced tomatoes and spinach.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella and bake at 400°F for 18 minutes.
  5. While the pizza bakes, melt butter with basil pesto in a bowl and stir.
  6. Spread the melted pesto mixture over the crust after removing the pizza from the oven and let cool before serving.
