Instructions
- Spread pastry flour on the counter and shape the fresh dough into a circle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Cut mozzarella into thick slices and layer over the sauce, then add sliced tomatoes and spinach.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and bake at 400°F for 18 minutes.
- While the pizza bakes, melt butter with basil pesto in a bowl and stir.
- Spread the melted pesto mixture over the crust after removing the pizza from the oven and let cool before serving.
