Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread pastry flour on the countertop and shape the fresh dough into a circle, then place it on a pizza pan.
- In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, basil flakes, sugar, and sea salt, then stir until mixed.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving an inch along the edge without sauce.
- Layer with mushrooms, spinach, red and green bell peppers, and mozzarella cheese, then repeat the layers.
- Bake the pizza for 18 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden.
