Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough, letting it sit at room temperature for 1 hour if using store-bought.
- Preheat the oven to 500°F (or as high as your oven goes). Sprinkle cornmeal on a baking sheet.
- Stretch the dough into a large oval on the baking sheet.
- Mix the mozzarella, Asiago, and pecorino cheeses in a small bowl.
- Spread the pizza sauce on the dough, then add the cheese mixture, onions, red peppers, artichokes, and jalapeño.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 to 13 minutes until the crust is browned and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and fresh basil, then slice and serve.
