  • 1 cup Basil Pesto
  • ½ cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh basil
  • 1 cup Roasted Artichokes
  • 1 cup Roasted Garlic
  • 1 cup Sautéed Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • ½ cup Goat cheese or Homemade Labneh
  • ¼ cup Pickled Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Za'atar
  • 1 cup Sautéed Kale
  • 1 cup Roasted Butternut Squash
  • 1 cup Caramelized Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F and dust a large baking sheet with cornmeal.
  2. Prepare a batch of pizza dough according to the recipe and prepare your desired pizza toppings.
  3. Stretch the pizza dough into a large oval on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Top with the pizza sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
  5. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, or until the crust is browned.
  6. Slice and serve.
