Mixed Berry Mini Galettes

Instructions
- Combine the flour, sugar, cornmeal, and salt in a food processor and pulse a few times.
- Add the cold butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Slowly pour in the buttermilk while processing until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into four parts and roll each into a 6-inch circle on parchment.
- Place mixed berries in the center of each circle, leaving a border, and fold the edges over the berries.
- Brush the edges with the beaten egg and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown, then cool on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes.
