Mini Fruit Galettes

Flaky Pie Crust or All Butter Pie Crust dough
The filling

mixed berries or other fruit

Instructions
- Prepare the pie dough in advance and chill it for at least 2 hours.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Roll out the chilled pie dough into a large circle and cut out rounds using a cookie cutter.
- Place the dough rounds on the prepared baking sheets and fill each with about ¼ cup of the fruit filling.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, leaving the center exposed.
- Brush the edges with milk and sprinkle with optional toppings, then chill for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
- Bake the galettes for 25-28 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
- Cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
