Grilled Greek Chicken Salad

The marinade

Instructions
- Whisk together all marinade ingredients and pour half over the chicken breasts; let marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Chop all the salad vegetables and add the lettuce to a large bowl, topping with olives, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and pepperoncini.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and spray with nonstick spray. Grill the chicken for about 3 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before slicing and adding it to the top of the salad.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top and drizzle with the remaining marinade. Enjoy!
