Peach Coconut Sorbet

Instructions
- Pit the peaches and puree them in a food processor.
- Add the coconut cream, maple syrup, and lime juice, and mix briefly to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- If using an ice cream maker, churn according to instructions and freeze for a couple of hours.
- If not using an ice cream maker, transfer the mixture directly to the freezer.
