Japanese Beef Curry

Ingredients

The curry

  • 185 g Japanese curry sauce mix
  • 500 g beef chunk
  • 2 units onions
  • 2 units potatoes
  • 1 unit carrot
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 L water

The rice

  • to taste cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cut all the vegetables and beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the butter in a pressure cooker over medium heat.
  3. Add the vegetables and beef to the pressure cooker and cook well.
  4. Add the water and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes until the pressure is reached.
  6. Remove from heat, break the curry sauce mix into chunks, and add to the pressure cooker.
  7. Stir until the curry sauce mix has dissolved.
  8. Return to low heat, bring to a boil, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  9. Serve over cooked rice.
