Instructions
- Cut all the vegetables and beef into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the butter in a pressure cooker over medium heat.
- Add the vegetables and beef to the pressure cooker and cook well.
- Add the water and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
- Cook for 10 minutes until the pressure is reached.
- Remove from heat, break the curry sauce mix into chunks, and add to the pressure cooker.
- Stir until the curry sauce mix has dissolved.
- Return to low heat, bring to a boil, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice.
